Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding day events will be primarily outdoors and will be moved indoors for after party dancing. In the case of bad weather, all events will be moved indoors. Note, the ceremony & reception are located on manicured grass (ladies - heel protectors will be provided, but you might not need them)!

What is the weather like this time in Indian Wells?

The average temperature in late October can reach up to ~85-90 degrees during the day, with the possibility of the temperature falling below 70 at night. Please monitor weather and plan attire/layers accordingly.

Are children invited?

We’d love to invite everyone to celebrate our special day, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night out!

When should I RSVP by?

RSVPs are due on September 1st, 2024. This can be completed on the RSVP page of our website. If you can’t make it, you will be missed!

What’s the dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Black-Tie Optional/Formal attire is requested. For gentlemen, that means a traditional suit and tie. You’re welcome to wear a tux, but it’s not required. For ladies, that means a mid to floor length dresses or dressy pantsuit. Please no jeans/denim or sneakers and avoid shades of white. Please also note that the majority of the event will be outside in grassy areas so plan footwear accordingly. Heel protectors will be provided for the ladies.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We ask that you do not bring a guest unless specified on your formal invitation. Thanks for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes! We have reserved blocks with a discounted room rate at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells ($319) & the Residence Inn La Quinta ($209). Our room block at the Hyatt Regency is running low, so book quickly if you want the discount. Upgraded rooms will still be available to book through the link. Last day to book Residence Inn is 8/19/24.
